    The Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, May 4, 2012, at 12:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver and it will be held in conjunction with a Training Day.

    The order of business is election of Directors of the Society and to conduct other business of the Society.

    Nominations for the Board of Directors and Officers of the Society will be accepted in writing at the registered offices of VRA BC, 102 - 211 Columbia Street, Vancouver BC, V6A 2R5 until May 2nd.

    Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the AGM as per the current Constitution & Bylaws.
